This photo was manipulated and retouched, and not at all well, by the publishing entity at the time (newspaper or magazine), so I don't like this one and rarely post it.

No, I am not saying I just now found these two new ones. I found the two new Don/edge ones some time after the first group. I found them both six months ago.

Phil and Buddy are still not behaving with standing on the bed and a shoe on the bed. That little dresser behind Phil is so cute. That radio is so retro.

Buddy needs to tell the guy on the other bed that his short socks are not fashionable. Believe me, I learned from Don and Phil that you have to wear long socks to be fashionable.

Maybe Don was bringing the cart into the room and that's why we did not see him in the other photo. That cart does not have pizza on it. Looks like it has very little on it. Not enough for 5 growing men for sure!

I recall that we reminded Phil that he was standing on this bed and Margaret might have had a problem with his doing that. Buddy has his foot on the bed and that's not good either. lol

Side entrance steps to the Ryman Auditorium. Don and Phil hung out around the venerable Nashville venue, singing and playing geetar to whomever would listen, to make their break into the music biz.
Lenore
But they apparently wrapped their little pinkys with Chet's through the gate here! I think that is such a good story to add to their careers' story. If the walls of the Ryman Auditorium could speak! I had to read the Wikipedia again about it.

They did not have a music score in front of them here so they might have already decided what they were going to do but wanted to add some "bells and whistles" or tweak something here and there. Whatever they did, it always sounded very good to heavenly. I always wonder how many takes it took for ...

On another note, I have often wondered how music scores are originally developed and then written so that they finally are a music score. Nothing short of genius I would think. I wonder who wrote the music scores for the Everly Brothers or did they just bring in all of the session players and just work out the arrangements? I would be very interested to know how they came up with some of the best rock & roll music.
